My favorite graphics program is Paint Shop Pro 9.0.  It was released in August, 2004.  

Also try Animation Shop 3. This comes with PSP. You can make great animations using these programs together. Please note that Animation Shop 3 does not working interactively with version 8 or 9 but does with version 7.  For this reason I've kept version 7 to use with animation.

FrontPageFrontPage is my choice to create web pages. Of course knowing HTML (hyper text markup language) is a big benefit. JavaScript is also necessary to make a good web site.

http://www.submitplus.com/freeprograms.php?  is another great site. You can submit your site to the search engines. Some submissions  are free and others will have a price. You can also check your keywords and meta tags here.
