All of our albums
are created especially for you, the customer. Before your project is
started, all items to be included will be discussed. The theme and design will
be decided on. Your choice of music, audio and video will need to be provided by
you. After receiving this information you will be provided with a quote. If this
quote is agreed upon, an agreement will need to be signed by both parties.
This is your protection to assure you receive the product you ordered and is a
binding agreement for both parties. Before the final product is completed,
you will be asked to approve the theme and design. This can be emailed to
you. This process is flexible and is based on your location and requests. We will
work with you to make this a pleasurable experience.
All materials
used will be returned upon completion. If you are sending fragile pictures or
documents, you might want to consider having copies made and sending us the copies.
We will not be responsible for any damage to your materials that is caused by
the delivery service. You can be assured, while your items are in our
possession, they will be handled delicately. We realize the value of these
treasures.
